Max "Maxo" Grasso

I create what I see in my imagination as the many scenes, characters, and imagined worlds dance around in my head.They may be scenes of nature, character designs, festive scenes, or animated pictures whether it's as small as a .gif image or as large as a movie. Each have their own stories and inspirations. My goal is to give something for the young and the forever young-at-heart something to smile about and connect with. 

Using digital software such as Toon Boom Studio for character designing, creating art compositions, as well as animating, I independently create my own original characters and art style. Other programs I've used include Gimp, Photoshop, and After Effects. I created my own original character species of furry felines called MagiCats. They have their own characteristics and personalities. Originally, the idea started after designing my own feline fan-made Pokemon character not part of the franchise called a "Fakemon." From there, my own species of feline characters was born, and continues to evolve with my style.

I'm a proud, autistic CSULB graduate with a Bachelor of Art degree in Studio Art with emphasis in Animation. My other interests include music, photography, hiking the great outdoors, and competing in sports with the Special Olympics. My long-term goal is to animate my world of MagiCats in an animated series or movie.
